They are dirty from previous use and storage and there are spots of surface rust, scratching and discoloration (as pictured). There are also some chips in the plastic, the cables to the rear lights have been cut and the outer metal bars are not fully attached (as pictured). These were removed off a 1993 Vulcan 88. Keys for the locks are not included.
