This coin is struck on the nose, lips and ear. Roosevelt's hair has an extra die hit on the top and rear of his head here. The " w " in " We" is a double die on the obverse of the coin. The reverse has doubling while the torch is offline a bit. Nice error coin to own. A beautiful coin to have in any 1989 coin collection.
