A quite rare take on the Fender Strat, this very well made Challenger was only made for 2 years and most were not like this. Most had a neckplate and uncontoured neck pocket. This has the sculpted body where the neck meets the body and just the four screw design for reaching the upper frets with ease. Also the Bendmaster FR Tremolo system was upgraded with a much more stable and useable SFT-70A unit that performs as good or better that a real Floyd Rose Trem and used on many other top brands of the day. The new stylist pickups perform like no other and have the tone your looking for to tear up the night with any kind of music. Just an all out superstrat that your buddy wont be playing. Condition is pretty good with only a couple nicks on the body and a small chip off the headstock pictured. Guitar is completely stock and includes original trem bar.
