This set was produced by the United States Mint and more specific it was the die that was used at the Philadephia Mint to produce strikes (based on the certificate of authenticity) of the 1999 p Quarter. The die serial number on the die matches the certificate of authenticity. The mint removes the face on the die to conform with security procedures. It includes the certificate of authenticity, original mint box, die & quarter (the cert of authenticity does have a few stains - see pics). Neat set. If you have any questions, please email.
