His design has Moses standing on the shore, parting the Red Sea, overwhelming Pharaoh who is in an open chariot, a sword in this hand. Rays from a pillar of fire in the clouds reaching to Moses, to express that he acts by command of God. Franklin added the motto “Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God.” We have several of these available for sale, and all are in unc. condition in their original rolls yet.
