Examples in this listing will be in the original packaging with the instruction pamphlets if both are in excellent condition. If the original packaging or instruction pamphlet were damaged/torn/ripped, then we will re-package in new shrink wrapping with the original booklet or a replacement. *Please Note: These TQ's are military surplus and have been in storage so examples may have minor amounts of dust, dirt, debris, scuffs or slight discoloration. The hook portion around the windlass clips may be peeled back slightly on some examples simply due to age, but this does not affect the core function of the product. We do our best to clean them up and re-package if necessary as stated above. All units have been thoroughly inspected and QC passed prior to listing. See photos for additional details.
