Description: 2000-D Lincoln Cent Red BU 1 Roll This listing is for one roll of (50) 2000-D Lincoln Memorial cents. It’s my opinion these coins are in Red Brilliant Uncirculated condition. I purchased these rolls in unopened boxes from a dealer back in 2000. Each coin came from original bank rolls and was never circulated. They have been safely stored since this time. This roll is “not” Gem BU. It should contain many Choice and Gem BU coins but I will not guarantee. No two coins are exactly the same so no two rolls can be the same. I would describe these coins as having full mint luster with very light toning. The majority have a complete strike. Some of the coins have a satin finish while others have a semi-proof-like finish. It’s a nice mix of production streams A few coins may have a more medium tone. Many coins have few and barely noticeable spots. Many coins are lightly spotted and few will be more noticeably spotted. It’s my experience that Original Bank Wrapped Rolls can be far worse I culled out a very large number of heavily spotted, toned, and with contact marks. I would estimate this quantity at over half of my lot. Most problems with these coins originated from the production process in the U.S. Mints. If you are searching for quality and presentable coins, this roll should serve your needs very well. They have made it this far and should make an excellent addition to your roll collections for future reference. The photos provided are stock photos. They are the best that I can provide and highly consistent with the coins you will receive with your purchase. I have provided a 50 coin layout of a random roll. These photos display the obverse and corresponding reverse provided for you to determine the condition and quality yourself.
