It is 100% smooth on the highway or city. No shakes no vibrations or rattles.. It shifts beautifully. The engine is plenty powerful very quiet and smooth. At 40,053 miles prior to my 4400 mile cross country trip. It was completely checked out at a VW Repair facility, maintenance items and repairs were completed ready to make a journey. All owners listed since 2014 were the same family , the father had moved several times then passed away in 2023, and it was transferred into another family members name in 2024.. * Only 44,168 original miles. Back in April it had 40,000 miles I had the motorhome completely gone through by a Repair Facility in California. They completed $2800. + in maintenance items as follows: new house batteries and wiper blades ( $534.76 on 4/30/2024) , The under hood starting battery was replaced at the end of 2023($150.00) fluid changes, transmission cooler, Engine, coolant, flushed and replaced, differential fluid FEBI German transmission fluid and filter, brakes checked tires are new ( $2381.00 4/24/2024) , The brakes are recently new and the brake master cylinder, and all the brake fluid is brand new California emissions certification.. Absolutely zero rust. This is a lifelong California vehicle that has no rust whatsoever. None. Over the last year, I have spent $7000 in maintenance and upgrades. Receipts included. No maintenance needs to be done at this time. Just travel and enjoy. The fresh synthetic mobile one oil change and filter was completed Within the last 100 miles . This was the oil change after my 4400 mile trip. A synthetic oil change was completed just prior to my trip and right after. I am a firm, believer in maintenance and always complete oil services sooner than recommended. It’s a small price to pay to have a reliable vehicle. This engine is running very clean and smooth.. I drove 4400 miles across the country and had a wonderful time for 20 days with no hiccups and no issues. Upon returning home, I had the dipstick kit added, as well as another transmission fluid change since you only get part of the fluid out when you do a change on 4/24 so in the last 4000 miles the transmission fluid has been changed twice and it was clean to begin with, and it is spotless, clean very clear looking now. It is equipped with the scan gauge two Rialta Edition ($169.58), the transmission cooler, and it has been serviced properly. You don’t have to do anything for 20,000 miles.. My realtor is equipped with a transmission dipstick, which is very rare and not made any longer. This helps in making sure the fluid is full and to visually inspect the color of the fluid. This is a very important option to have. Owners manual included. Features: - 44,168 original miles- clean carfax and clean title. No accidents Zero rust- California RV- two separate sleeping areas, the rear dinette has 4 seatbelts for passengers as well as it folds into a bed. The front seats have two seatbelts so it has seatbelts for 6 persons The middle row seats have been removed and a fixed bed was fabricated with storage underneath. This bed can be removed and you can reinstall the seating, but I like it better with a bed that is always made up and the dinette is ready to use in the rear. This enables you to have two separate sleeping areas the way it is set up now.. - 3- AC units- all working as they should. The dash air conditioning is ice cold the fan works on all settings as well as the heat and the defrost work as they should. The above cab AC unit is ice cold, and works on all its blower settings as well. This AC is to cool passengers in the rear while driving. The third AC unit is the rooftop air that has to run off the generator or plugged in at a campsite, and that works as it should as well. - 3 Heating systems - all working as they should. The euro van – heat and defrost or working as they should. It has the additional heater in the back to warm the rear area while driving and that works on all fan speeds. The third heating system is run by propane, and a thermostat to control the temperature The propane heater lights easily, and the thermostat works as it should. This heater runs off the built in propane tank. I also have a ceramic heater included that can be run off of 120 V while at a campsite to conserve propane for cooking. - 12 V ceiling fan in perfect working order will keep a breeze blowing without using the air conditioning , the windows open up with screens and also has a screen door on the entry door. - All water systems are in perfect working order with a new water pump for the water system. The kitchen sink faucet has hot and cold water and good pressure. The shower area has hot and cold water with good pressure and the outdoor shower is in perfect working order with its own power switch to power it from the exterior as well. The shower drains properly. The drain pump is working properly. - both holding tanks and freshwater tank in great shape. It has a freshwater tank to hold water, and when you pull into a campsite, you can hook it up to city water. The wall-mounted gauge inside the Rialta shows the level of the tanks as well as freshwater and holding tanks, a House battery gauge, this panel also turns on the water pump and starts the generator from inside or it can be started from outside. - The water tank is full. The propane tank is full and the gas tank of the vehicle is full. All the batteries stay fully charged with no drain you can let it sit for two weeks three weeks a month and it starts right up. - The tires are new they are the proper weight class, they are filled with the proper pressure and the airbag suspension has approximately 60 pounds installed. It drives very steady and very smooth, and very easy to maneuver. - Kitchen- I have used the refrigerator on 120 V and while driving you switch over to 12 V both of those work perfectly. I have not tried it on propane.. The dual burner propane, stove, top lights easily and works as it should. The kitchen sink has a new faucet and works as it should. The microwave is very clean and heats as it should. - Solar powered/ rechargeable Back up camera installed. It also has the provision to accept up to three more cameras if you choose to install side, cameras or a front mounted camera. - The factory stereo unit is in good working order. It holds the preset stations. It does not have Apple play. This can be upgraded by the new owner. - All the interior carpets are in perfect condition and very clean. The mattress is new in the back the dinette seats are in good shape they fold up and down easily the drivers and passenger seat has somewhere on the seat bases from the fabric, getting hot from the California sun. These could have seat covers added or reupholstered by the new owner. - The power windows are working perfectly all the door locks work perfectly manuals The central locking system has not been diagnosed. It is equipped, but it is not functioning. The power mirrors are not powering, I will check the fuses to see if it’s something simple, but I had no problem just setting the mirrors before the trip manually. It does have a rearview mirror when the rear sunshades are open it is very easy to see out of the large rear window. - rear folding carry rack included, this allows you to carry more items, coolers, beverages. My idea was to add a locking weatherproof bag that is the size of the rear rack to install a 12 V cooler/freezer to hold more refrigerated/freezer items. this carry rack, if equipped with a weatherproof bag which it is not at this point will free up a lot of interior space to carry lawn chairs, bicycles, or any other camping items that you need. It is a very nice option to have. - All the exterior decals have been replaced with fresh new Rialta decals, The sides of the camper have been wrapped with a 10 year vehicle wrap. Extra vehicle wrap material included in case you want to repair a scuff or a dent or any minor damage should that occur in the future. - The front and rear fiberglass cab, including the doors, and the fenders are all original mint condition. Paint never been painted, never been damaged. The gold skirts along the bottom are somewhat faded from age and sun. These could be repainted or a clearcoat sprayed on them by the new owner if you want the cosmetics to be further upgraded. There are no roof leaks, all the roof seams have been re-coded with Daycor sealant as recommended by the Rialta owners group on Facebook. - The rear trunk area , houses the 30 amp RV cable that plugs into a campsite or plugs into the built-in generator. Also, included is the 120 V home adapter so you can run the air conditioner or the refrigerator or other items while at home . This RV is equipped with the Onan 2800 generator that runs off the fuel tank of the vehicle. If the tank gets below a quarter tank, the generator will no longer draw fuel. The generator has a new air filter, fuel filter and brand new ONAN oil. -there are no cracks in the dash, the door panels are in perfect shape, the rear defrost, Rear wiper are all in perfect working order. All plastic cabinet doors operate as they should. The light works in the closet automatically when the doors opened all of the ceiling, lights have been upgraded to LED bulbs. I used the warm LED bulbs, so it looks warm and yellow not the real bright white light bulbs. Initial supply of holding tank, chemical, fresh water treatment, biodegradable, toilet paper, cups, plates, silverware included. Bring your clothes and some groceries and it s ready to travel. The Rialta has two seatbelts in the front and four seatbelts on the rear dinette bench seats so as of now it has 6 total seatbelts, with the option to remove the platform bed in the front and put the second row seating back, which would make it a total of 8 seatbelts. Also, the measurement of the front mattress is approximately 40 inches wide by 75 inches long. The rear dinette went folded out to a bed is 48 inches wide by 75 inches long.
