Description: Seldom seen Pedro parallel! Just 40 of these made, the popular Electric Rainbow parallel. With nearly 1200 cards in the set finding any player in the parallel sets proved highly challenging.. Here we have a very nice Pedro, serial #02/40 up for grabs. Note the lower right corner is a little soft and why this one is assessed as NM condition. Held in hand it has a nice shiny, holographic foil look to it.
