It is designed for use in commercial kitchens and is perfect for cooking a variety of foods quickly and efficiently. With its high-speed convection technology, this oven is capable of cooking food up to 15 times faster than traditional ovens. It is perfect for use in a restaurant or food truck. This oven is UL KLNZ certified for Ventless operation, which means it does not require a hood in most jurisdictions. It's combination of microwave and impingement technology allow it to cook much faster than either technology independently, as well as maintain a higher cooking quality. The larger size of the i3 model compared to most other Turbochef ovens makes it easy to batch foods or cook larger items such as pizzas. This oven requires a 208-240V 50A single phase electrical connection. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-50P plug. Our technicians have fully tested this oven. It's in good shape inside and out. The interior has minimal grease build up. The door seal is fraying slightly at the bottom, but still has plenty of life left. The exterior is in good shape, with some grease build up on the side panels. There are minor scratches and dents thoroughout, consistent with use in a commercial environment. This oven has 91,515 cycles, which is low for an oven of it's age.
