From there, each and every unit is taken back to our shop and given a COMPLETE OVERHAUL! Our 2 Lead-Techs each have over 20 YEARS of experience working at Raymond. They both left Raymond 1 year ago, and we were lucky enough to get them to come work in-house with us! Since then, the quality of our Refurbishments has gone to the highest level in the country, matching that of Raymond & Crown themselves! They truly revitalize each unit into excellent condition! First and foremost, we give each unit BRAND-NEW Tires! We then install a Rebuilt Battery that is NEVER older than 5 years! From there, we perform our Full Preventive Maintenance Diagnostic. Our team will go through the entire unit and replace or repair ALL parts that do not meet our Gold Standard of 90% or better! Some examples of the major parts that we rebuild/replace include Drive Motors, Lift Motors, Motor Brushes, Hydraulic Hoses, etc. Finally, we finish it off with the aesthetics! Each unit is given a full, auto-mobile quality paint job! Complete with sanding, bando, and a beautiful gloss finish!
