All freight orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days as long as we have cleared payment and the necessary delivery information. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day. Transit time for freight shipments can take up to 7 business days. Flat Rate Freight shipping prices generated by eBay are for commercially zoned addresses only which have a dock or forklift available and can accommodate up to a semi-truck. Locations without a dock or forklift will incur a liftgate fee. This MUST be specified AT TIME OF PURCHASE. Residential freight delivery is available but must be quoted prior to placing your order, since it typically runs double the price in comparison to commercially zoned deliveries. Buyers have the option to pick freight from a local freight terminal. If you opt for this option we will provide you with the location and phone number of a terminal closest to you. Buyer must show up with proper equipment and identification to pick up the shipment. A valid phone number and business name are required with all freight shipments. Items purchased and returned due to no fault of ours will incur a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons: “found better price”, “didn't like it”, “does not fit”, “ordered by mistake”, and “changed my mind.” If the returned item is received damaged or not in original condition we will charge up to 50% restocking fee.
