Jubilee: Heavy-yielding, low-acid with golden fruit. Yellow-color and low-acidity makes these great for juicing or eating. Average about 8 ounces each. Smooth skin with solid, sweet, meaty flesh. 3"-4" in diameter. 70 days from transplant to maturity. Juliette: Great flavor, fresh or cooked. Deep red, shiny fruits. Shaped like a Roma tomato, weighing 1 1/2 - 2 ounces each. Typically 12-18 fruits per cluster. Delicious, rich flavor for salads, great salsa and fresh pasta sauce. Good crack resistance. 60 days from transplant to maturity. Kellogg's Breakfast: Beautiful, orange, large slicing tomatoes. They grow heavy and sweet. Great slicing tomato that will sometimes spill of the edges of a sandwich. 16-32 ounces each. 80 days from transplant to maturity. Large Red Cherry: Tried and true varietal. Excellent salad tomato with clusters of 5-6 tomatoes each. 1"-1 1/2" in diameter. Full-season, high-yields for deep-scarlet fruits. Excellent for salads or snacking. 60-65 days from transplant to maturity. Mortgage Lifter: Sometimes called Radiator Charlie Mortgage Lifters, because they were bred in the 1930s by radiator mechanic M.C. Byers, who was concerned about paying off his home loan (he ultimately paid his $6,000 debt through the sale of tomatoes, seeds and plants). Although these tomatoes will likely not pay off your home loan, they are a favorite, producing huge, 2-3 pound tomatoes with pinkish-red fruits. Highly flavorful. 80-85 days from transplant to maturity. Pineapple: Large fruits with distinct red, orange and yellow striped skin and marbled flesh. Mild, somewhat citrusy favor. 1-2 pound fruits, can be 5"-6" in diameter. 75-95 days to maturity. Purple Calabash: Drought tolerant and crack resistant plant, producing abundant crops of 2.5" - 3.5" flattened, deeply ruffled, chocolate-brown to deep-purple fruits. Intensely rich, sweet, wine-like flavors. 85-90 days to maturity. Roma VF: Also known as "the Paste Tomato." Vigorous, strong, medium-large determinant plants produce mile, solid, thick-walled plum-shaped fruits. Very good disease resistance. Popular, great tasting. Rich, red colored. 70-78 days from transplant to maturity. Sungold: Extra-sweet, golden-orange, cherry tomatoes produce throughout the summer. We harvest them continuously throughout the season. Small fruits may be up to an ounce and 1" in diameter. 65 days from transplant to maturity. Violet Jasper: Stunning look and delicious taste. This is a Chinese varietal that is red with green stripes. 1-3 ounce fruits. Very eye-catching, so add a beautiful pop of color to salads and other dishes. But these are our favorite tomatoes to eat dried. Slice in half and place on a dehydrator or in the over at a very low heat. Turn often.
