The actual size of the Card Saver 4 is 4 1/2 x 7 1/8 including its 1/2" lip. The Card Saver 4 is used for promo cards, postcards, and for PSA submissions of larger cards or thicker cards. Dimensions:4 1/2" x 7 1/8" (including 1/2" lip) Sleeves come loose (without packaging) and are packaged to comply with USPS standards and shipped in a standard envelope. Orders of 3 or more will be shipped first class with USPS tracking. All orders are processed and shipped within a day.
