Description: Offered is a lot of 3 U.S. ceramic soldiers made in Japan just after WWII. They are not toys, they are ceramic figurines and are fragile. This is the first time I have EVER listed an item as RARE, as I think this term is overused and not often accurate. However, I have seached and only found two other instances of this item. I suspect many were played with and broken. These I found these at a downsizing sale, displayed carefully in a cabinet and untouched for years. They belonged to a Vietnam Veteran who acquired them from the man who bought them new in Post WWII Japan. Each figure is 1.5" to 4.5" long, depending on his posture. We pack carefully and safely using clean recycled/reused materials whenever possible. Buyer pays shipping. Cross-posted, from smoke-free home with pets.
