It is the 2002 Antique Toys coil issue with Scott numbers 3638 to 3641. The self-adhesive stamps are serpentine die cut 8½ (8.5) horiz. This strip is in Scott catalogue order as shown. Derry Noyes designed the 37c self-adhesives and they were printed by Banknote Corp. of America (BCA). Thirty Seven cents paid the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from June 2002 into Jan. 2006.
