The inner ring is made up of tiny pink roses and blue forget-me-nots with yellow centers - incredible detail! Measurements: 9.375" diameter, 1.125" high edge Marks: J.P./L. FRANCE and POUYAT Limoges in a green wreath with pink ribbon - were used from 1906-1932. The 'W' in the wreath is most likely a retailer's mark - possibly Wanamaker's (department store) - the ribbon reads: Philadelphia, Paris, New York. Get images that make Supersized seem small.
