Reserve battery I have tested and it powers the LEDs for a solid 45mins continously before needing to squeeze the generator. The 3 LEDs are super bright. The case is made of plastic, it unfortunately is not rugged. So it won't last to drops, or spills. But it is a VERY good flash light for in the glove box, Emergency flash light, around the house, backpacking, hunting, and perfect for that stocking stuffer or Christmas shoe box gift.
