You will get 1 Random model from this box set with the weapons listed and maybe an accessory (pack, pouch, holstered pistol, etc..) if the box allows. We will list all the parts you will get if we can. Some more complex models will be simplified (Like cavalry will read: "bike, rider, base". Or puzzle like monopose models may just get a "you get 1 guy" treatment). This will be a normal "trooper" model from the box and you will not get any champions, command, special weapons/equipment or the like. If we have any of those available (and its likely we don't) they will be in their own listings. We will use the instructions to pull all the needed parts to make 1 model. Universal parts will be pulled randomly (if it needs a head and it could be any of the 20 heads on the sprue, 1 head will be chosen at random). Also note, instructions can change (parts listed as specific at one point can be universal on a re-box or vice-versa), we will use the current instructions. You will not get any optional or alternative parts (unless the listing says otherwise) You will not get any decals or transfers Do not ask for specific request in your payments (unless the listing says otherwise). An exception is odd ball models, see next bullet point. Sorry, no substitutions between boxes and we do not do special orders. Some boxes will have what we call oddball models. Its still a basic trooper but is usually different from its fellows. Kneeling, throwing a grenade, drawing a sword, slung weapon, etc... You may end up with that type of model. If you would rather not end up with a certain model, include a note in your payment. Any kit with something like this will have a note/warning. We do not include instructions. Most single figures are pretty straight forward but some newer models are nightmare inducing puzzles (lookin at you Hedonite Blissbarb Archers). Most instructions can be found online with a search, if you need help, give us a shout. If you buy multiples we will try to pull different styles but duplicates are possible and more likely at lower inventory levels. Combined shipping. Anything after 2 pm on Friday will ship Monday. Domestic orders are tracked via USPS and should take less than a week but may take longer. International orders are rarely tracked and ship via First Class USPS. They should take 2-4 weeks, with 2 weeks being average. If you've supplied us with the wrong address (Quickly shoot us an email with the new address but keep in kind we ship within 24 hrs and it may have already shipped) we are not responsible for replacing your order, however, we'll gladly reship it to the new address if its returned to us.
