The plate is Wilton-Columbia, PA....Signed #72 Dody Powel. The mugs are by various makers...2 Leonard, Sheffield England (the glass is cracked)...a Stock Market one with an etched Bear & Bull made for Brooks Brothers....Fine British Pewter made in Sheffield & one unbranded. I have not attempted to clean them as i don't know what to use on pewter. I've only washed the dust off.
