Description: Provenance: This book came from an auction of Tad Mosel’s personal library. Mosel is a Pulitzer-winning and Emmy-nominated dramatist, best known for his work on Up the Down Staircase and the Adams Chronicles. While other items from his library have mention of him (check out our other listings), this particular item does not, unfortunately. Condition: Stated 1st. Signed by author on the first page with inscription. Some stains at top of book. Comes with a series of five letters (3 are single sheets of personal stationary and two are on cards of some sort), one mentions sending each other books. The book is not inscribed to Tad, but to Louis and a second name I can’t make out — the letters are for the same people. Disclaimer: Old books have wear commensurate to age, including, potentially, age stains, chipping, edge wear, dings, fraying, stray marks, minor old book odor, and the like. Check photos for condition. What you see is what you get :)
