It needs to be about 100F to flow in your luber. It works great for high velocity and high pressure loads, but is soft enough to work in low velocity rifle and pistol rounds also. Does not smoke when shot. I have shot this to 2700 fps with no leading or fouling. It has recently been tested in a 30XCB to 2800fps and gave sub MOA 10shot groups! For details please see the NOE "at the range" forum. Several shooters have reported that Carnauba Red has eliminated leading in their problem revolvers. I use it in everything from 38 special to 470NE and everything inbetween.
