The fairy lights were wrapped around the black tissue paper and really glowed brilliantly! I assembled the sticks using scotch tape onto the inserts. Then I staggered the sticks in the vase to give some dimension. Check out the picture of my masterpiece... LOL! I only added it in order to give inspiration!!
