Description: 6 Vintage/Antique Fostoria Amber Footed Iridescent Loop Optic Tumbler Glasses These glasses are for the person who love vintage for being the unusual, the beautiful, and the kind of thing you just don't see any more! These glasses are absolutely striking, with their v-shape, amber foot, shimmering iridescence, and most unusual of all, the "loop optic" pattern within the glass. It is U-shaped horizontal ripples, like waves, and must have been very difficult to do because it's seldom seen. These glasses were produced between 1924-1943 and so are somewhere between 100 and 81 years old - and still absolutely gorgeous! Five are in excellent vintage/antique condition, no chips or cracks, iridescence still clear and bright. *One* has a significant chip to the foot but is otherwise perfectly presentable. I have filed it smooth so it won't cause a cut; usually we don't include "chippies" but I couldn't bear to break up this beautiful set. The pricing reflects the flawed item, but please look carefully at the photos to make sure it is acceptable to you. Clean, hand washed and ready to use or display. They are there to help show vintage glassware and china can be repurposed, and displayed beautifully in many ways! Because of the practical difficulty of packing and shipping fragile glass items, we do not accept returns. Review all information carefully so you are sure of your purchase. Breakage has been very, very rare, less than 1% of our shipments. However, we can't prevent rough handling, machine damage, or misdirection once the shipping service has it in their hands. Packages are insured for their sold price, excluding shipping costs, and all refunds due to breakage will be divided by the number of items in the package (i.e. no full refunds for one item broken out of a set.)
