SHIPPING POLICY: We mostly use USPS and UPS to ship our parts and supplies. We ship our parts within one business day or same day of the order being placed. Please, double check your address before completing the order. Per eBay’s policy, we are unable to change the address after checkout. If you need to upgrade your shipping, please make sure to tell us BEFORE you place the order so we can help you decide which option is best for you. Please note that selecting expedite shipping DOES NOT reduce handling time. Big items like dishwasher racks tend to have higher shipping cost due to their weight and dimensions. Also, we are located in California. The farther away you are from us, the more expensive it's going to be to ship it. RETURN POLICY: All returns follow the rules from the eBay Returns Program. To Avoid Unnecessary Returns, Contact Us First with your Brand, Model, and Serial Number. We ask that you send us back the item even if it's damaged. If a part is sold as new or open box and is returned in its original packaging and has not been installed, a full refund will be given, however, if evidence is found that the part was installed, used or damaged, the return may be subject to up to 50% deduction of the full refund per eBay policy. RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRONIC BOARDS: If the board is listed as New or Open Box and it is returned in its original packaging and has not been installed, a full refund will be given. We test and make sure our used boards are fully functional before listing them for sale. Please, have your appliance diagnosed by a professional technician before installing a board. Installing a board without a proper diagnosis or professional experience have resulted in boards being damaged (short circuited, static strap not worn, etc) and then a claim is submitted as the board being “defective or not working” when in reality there were other issues with the appliance. All boards to be returned will be tested and inspected. If the board is not found defective as claimed, or damaged due to misused or incorrect installation an up to 50% deduction of the full refund will apply. We recommend all buyers to read and understand the return policy above to avoid dissatisfaction due to deductions. We take pictures of every item BEFORE shipping it out. This will help/protect not only the buyer but the seller in the case of a claim/dispute using reasons such as: wrong item sent, received damaged, etc. PICTURES: Some of our pictures may differ from the product that you get due to change in packaging, design, etc. as we may have multiples of the same item in stock. Sometimes due to lighting some imperfections may not show up in the pictures but we try our best to show/highlight any cosmetic damage, scratches, dent, missed part, etc., especially if the part is sold as used.
