This listing is for a REBUILT A/C Heater Control Head for a 1978-88 Monte Carlo, El Camino, or Malibu WITH factory air conditioning. It comes with a NEW REPRODUCTION LENS and used Silver 'Hammer-Head' knobs, typically used on models before 1986. It will also fit most other G body (1978-87) Cutlass, Bonneville, and Catalina, but the style of the knobs and lens might be slightly different. The style of the lens and knobs vary from year to year so please take a good look at the pictures and make sure it's what you need before purchasing. We Buy Good Complete Cores! It has been professionally rebuilt, calibrated and bench tested by someone who has been doing it since the early 1990s. All levers are unbroken and slide smoothly. All switches have been acid cleaned/dipped, lubricated and tested to function correctly. All you need to do is install it in your car and use it. NOTE: These old A/C & Heat systems can be very complex. We triple check each switch/unit before we sell it and our warranty rate is less than 1/1000. Purchasing this part will not necessarily resolve an issue you're having. It will only ensure the part you are purchasing from us is not the issue.
