LEVEL5 is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipper when returning the tools. The condition of your returned tools will be evaluated based on how they arrived at our facility. Any unused tools received that cannot be resold as new will need to be refurbished and repackaged or discarded. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
