The mirror is in great shape with no cracks or major scratches. The mirror has some minor fading in the center and around the edges. The dimmer function works nicely. The adjustment joints are nice and tight. Comes with the metal puck to attach it to the windshield. Glue the puck to the windshield, wait a while and the slide the mirror in place.
