Description: Beautiful cut amethyst stone set in 9 carat yellow gold. The cut stone set on the angular square face is particularly attractive! Dating from the mid-seventies, in a tank ring style. Approximate dimensions: UK size J 1/2, amethyst diameter of 8mm set in 9mm square face. Marks: full UK hallmarks, Birmingham assay office, 1975, makers mark (not clear). Condition: very good vintage condition. Stone excellent. Light wear to gold and band just a tiny bit off round.
