It is then shaped and assembled under exacting standards. Stiles and rails are mortise and tenon joined, glued, and steel-pinned for added strength. Section joints are shiplap weather-lock design. The door comes furnished with tracks &16 gauge galvanized hardware. Rails & Stile: 1-3/8" thick cross-cut clear hemlock wood (no finger joints).Panels: 9mm veneer marine ply, V-grooved. Windows: 4.5mm clear acrylic (non yellowing). This is a four section door with all necessary hardware (springs, tracks, hinges, etc...).
