This a Royal Navy issue duffle coat, dating to the 1970s. Made by 'Remploy LTD'. Comes in the iconic style with the toggles, pointed hood and Camel coloured wool construction (they call it 'Drab' on the label). Some nice details on it like the cuff tabs and the adjustable buttons in the hood which allow you to make it a little tighter. Really substantial, old world quality. Built for rugged wear, but can be styled in many different ways. These original military issue ones are always of a different breed compared to the civilian ones made by Gloverall etc. Don't miss out! Sizing: Tagged a size '2', it fits huge. Comparable to XXXL. Would recommend for a big and tall gent. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit: 28" Pit to cuff: 22" Neck to bottom hem: 44" Shoulder to shoulder: 22" Condition: Excellent condition. Feels very lightly worn. Might have been issued but clearly didn't see much action. Only very minor signs of wear, probably from storage if anything. Seems like the bottom wooden toggle might be a replacement as it is different from the rest. Overall it is very crisp. Ready for a new owner.
