Description: For sale today we have this superb vase by Hannah Barlow for Doulton Lambeth. Of baluster form, the vase features a very well decorated central sgraffito panel, with nicely detailed long horned cattle and calves, set in a rugged, grassy and hilly landscape. The borders are incised and carved soft foliates to the collar, with more formal fluting to the foot. Applied lozenges to the neck with "X's" above and below the central panel. Stands 25cm tall x 9cm dia. Stamped Doulton Lambeth "Cog" mark, England. Incised HBB 419 mark, with assistants as shown. A fabulous vase, presented for sale in excellent condition free from damage or repair. A couple of glaze skips/ flaws to the foot rim from manufacture. A superb addition to your collection!
