Description: As of this writing Oct 2022 this document was created 189 years ago. It began with a parcel of land consisting of 160 acres in what is now Milwaukee County. It was in Michigan Territory at that time. It runs for 99 years until 1934. Aside from signatures all pages were done on a typewriter. My understanding is that typewriters were not in common use until after the Civil War so some lawyer after that must have cleaned up the earlier handwritten parts some 30 years past. It has 53 pages, measures 9" x 14" when laid flat. It weighs 11.5 ounces. Noticeable rough edges from handling. Open to questions.
