Take off old nail polish. 2. Trim and file the nails to the desired length and shape. 3. Push the cuticles back with an orange stick or cuticle pusher. 4. Lightly buff the surface of each nail with a block buffer. 5. Cleanse the nails with Gel Nail Cleanser and a lint-free wipe. 6.
