This issue is still sealed in its original polybag and contains 1 "Bloodlines" trading card! I am clearing out a ton of comics, manga, and anime goods to make space in my storage unit! Published by DC Comics! Condition on this issue is very fine- it was never opened or read, so the bag is still sealed. On a pro grading scale, I would rate it as very fine. (I have 30+ years experience working in comics retail and grading comics.). There may be a little light storage wear on the spine and bag. The comic dates from 1993. I accept PayPal!
