This is a solid brass buckle with darkened background/accents and a small engravable ribbon, made by Award Design Medals, in the 1970s-80s. The ribbon has not been engraved. It is in nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.1 oz.
