Customer reviews on this product:Since having stomach problems, I developed histamine intolerance and had to adopt a low histamine diet. I take these daily to keep histamine levels down and reduce symptoms of itching, redness, headaches and rashes. The kidney contains DOA enzyme which breaks down histamine in foods in our gut. These capsules allow me to eat some higher histamine foods without getting symptoms sometimes too, if I have extra capsules.I have been taking for approx 2-3 weeks and now my kidneys are filtering. This is considering my diet has been approx 40% fruit and 60% junk which was quite surprising. I wasnt expecting it to work so fast especially with my bad diet. I done a urine test and after 2 weeks of taking it i could see sediment in my urine. I cant say that this product was the sole contributor but i can say that this combined with adrenal glandulars was 100% responsible in kick starting my kidneys again.
