The images in this piece evoke the Goddess of Mama Quilla and the God Inti. In Andean mythology these images represent the family ( Men and women), generally, it is used as amulet for the family union. It is also used in a despacho celebrated to the Pachamama( Mother Earth) for the good of a family union.
