It has various wear, as seen in the photo (creases, little holes, etc.) It's been signed by notary, justices of the peace, etc. “ a certain lot or parcel of land with the dwelling house thereon standing, situate in the northerly part of said Lowell, and bounded and described as follows – beginning at the southwest corner thereof, at the county road leading from Pawtucket Bridge to Boston, by land of Dr. John O. Green, and running Easterly, bounding on said county Road, 74 feet to land now of late of Phinehas Whiting, then running northerly by said Whiting's land 102 feet and 5 inches to a state and stones, then bearing westerly by a circular sweep, made with a radius of one rod in length to a stake and stones, then westerly by said Whiting's land 51 feet and 6 inches to land of said Green, thence by said Green's land, southerly 127 feet to the first bounds or however otherwise bounded or described, containing 32 square rods by measure, and being the same premises conveyed to me by Phinehas Whiting by deed dated October 30, 1826…" All paper items are shipped in protective plastic with hard boards to prevent damage.
