Antique 1891-1900 Limoges France Oyster Plate AK Klingenberg Vintage Floral Vtg

Description: This listing is for an antique, floral oyster plate from Limoges France, featuring five outer wells and a center well for sauce. The flowers hand-painted on the plate are blue, orange, and pink, and they are surrounded in green and brown leaves. The plate is approximately 8.5 inches across. The stamp on the back of the plate indicates “A.K Limoges France”, indicating the company Kilngenberg. This stamp was used from 1891 to the early 1900s. That makes this plate approximately 120 years old, or even older! A truly beautiful antique plate. The plate is in very good antique condition for its age. No signs of chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The only thing of note is some pinpoint discolored spots/marks along the surface of the plate, and the gold along the rim of the plate has rubbed off a decent amount.
