Description: Small, antique prayer book for children by Mother Loyola. Made in Belgium & published as a revised edition in 1911 by PJ Kenedy & Sons of NY. 214 glossy pages with beautiful illustrations & prayers. Lovely to collect, display & continue to use for prayer. Book measures 4" x 2 1/2". It has a fabric cover, glued binding & gold gilt edging on the pages. Book is fully intact but there is loosening from some pages from the binding. A few pages have dog ears & tiny tears. There is some crayon with black ink over it on the back of cover where personal information had been covered up.Light wear around all edges of the cover. This was a well loved & used prayer book & does exhibit signs of use & age, especially considering it is 113 years old! I do have more photos, just contact me if you'd like to see more. Overall in fair to good antique condition & displays nicely.
