Description: This is a stunning antique solid bronze religious "My First Communion" souvenir brooch pin.it is made from two parts articulated together with a circular ring.the top piece is hand engraved "June 1st 1919" and has a heart in the center.the dangling medallion has a depiction of Jesus and a child with an offering in hand.it is very detailed and diner in high relief.the backside is also very detailed reading "Souvenir First Holy Comunion"and has many wonderful religious symbol.it is in nice condition and has acquired a great patina from age.measures 1 5/8 inches by 1 1/8 inches.
