Description: Presented is a pretty, Russian silver platter or tray made around the 1920s or 1930s. This piece has bands of engraved circles and swirls surrounding a wonderful center decoration of pretty flowers and their leaves. This platter is a good weight for its size. The back is marked with with the Russian Kokoshnik mark for .875 purity and a maker’s mark. These marks were done after the Russian Revolution of 1917. This piece is in fabulous overall condition and the engravings are crisp. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs.
