Featuring a beautiful black and white image of vistors to a dude ranch, the center cowboy holds the head stall of a riding horse while a woman poses in her jodphurs, cloche hat and jacket - she looks like something out of Vogue magazine - the Western edition! Negative is simply loaded with character - from the horses, to the cowboy duds, to the barbed wire and wood fence - such a slice! I have numerous glass negatives of the dude ranch, visitors, and horses -- the box exterior is dated 1924 and I purchased the collection in Southern California. Condition is lovely - image is crisp - I did not touch either the non-emulsion or the emulsion sides to clean for fear of damaging due to lack of knowledge (will leave to a professional) - negative is crisp, clear and clean. I took photographs of each side by simply holding the negative up to the light - hopefully you can see a clear view of the subject matter.
