The lamp is in original condition and has been wired for electric use (lamp is in working condition, but it is a good to rewire old lamps before use). The lamp is from the American Mission Era Arts & Crafts period. The lamp has a ring around the upper portion that originally held a glass shade that is no longer present. The base is made of cast iron metal with a brass plated finish. The other parts of the lamp look to be spelter and brass metal (see photos). The lamp is American in origin. The lamp is not marked by the maker. The lamp in total as shown measures about 14.5 inches high to the socket top, and it is about 9.5 inches wide at the base. The ring that would hold a glass shade is about 10 inches wide. The lamp has some dents, some scuffs, scratches, finish losses and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). The lamp is old. The item is from an estate liquidation. A nice old Mission era table lamp light to add to your collection.
