Description: Antique Bristol Glass Hand Painted Scenic Vase 19th Century Lake Scene w Gilt A charming early 19th century Bristol opaque glass vase. Baluster shape, 10 1/2 inches height. Width at widest point is 5 1/4 inches. Lake scene inside an embellished center cartouche with florals sprigs throughout the vase. The color of the glass is a soft caramel honey color sometimes referred to as clambroth. I like to call this shade "cafe au lait" . A nick on rim. One hairline on neck of vase but does not detract. Very sweet vase ! Please view photos!
