Description: I am offering for sale this Antique Camp Hatchet Axe Hickory Wood Handle w/Leather Sheath Inv#MI64 This is a fine antique camp hatchet axe with hickory wood handle No 210 with leather sheath. Overall it measures 14" L, head measures x 6-1/8" H x 4" W at cutting edge. Poll 3/4" x 1-1/2". Fine original handle that has 1-2 lb No 210 14". measures 14" L from end to end. It weighs 2 lbs 6 oz. This is a double beveled edge axe. It feels sharp but I always suggest sharpening to get it back to its optimal cutting edge. It has its original handle which is tight and secure. The head has usual pitting, dings and discoloration from age. It has been cleaned up slightly and waxed to prevent rusting.
