Description: Up for sale is an Antique Green Floral Porcelain Salad Plate made in Limoges, France by Charles Ahrenfeldt. Circa 1894-1930s. The plate features a nice green color around the rim with a floral gold gilt design around the rim as well with transfer decoration of pink, white, red, blue, purple, and yellow flowers with green leaves and gold gilt trim. The base has a mark for Charles Ahrenfeldt that was used from 1894-1930s as well as a retailers mark for The Dulany Vernay Co Baltimore, MD. There is minor wear to the decoration as seen in the photos. Otherwise the plate is in great condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. Overall the plate still displays beautifully. Measurements are approximately:3/4" Tall to Rim.7 1/2" Rim Diameter.4 1/2" Base Diameter.
