The waist band has been enlarged but can easily be put back in place. There are hook and eyes but snaps have been added again easily removed. There are no splits or holes in the fabric. The skirt is unlined except for a band of cotton at the edge of the hemline. Waist 28 Length 39 Width at hemline 140. Buyer pays shipping.
