Description: Antique Eyeglasses - Hexagon Lenses held to 12k Wire Nose piece by 1 screw - The arms of the glasses do show a good bit of wear just before the curve that goes behind the ear, see photographs as they are very much a part of our description. It looks to me that the nose guards are Bakelite, my research didn’t confirm this. I did find it clever for the name of optometrist and location printed on the top of this Metal case lined with blue padding (possibly velvet) Case 1/10 12K GF GA.
